Tears. Tears are streaming down my face. I feel every truth you’ve boldly shouted deeply in my gut. Thank you for your honesty. Thank you for your bravery.
“For nothing is hidden that will not be made manifest, nor is anything secret that will not be known and come to light.”
Ashton, I have followed your posts, pictures, etc., for a while. When I stumbled upon this post, my gut tightened from the pain that came out of your words. I tossed and turned last night as I reflected on your very descriptive story. I ache for you to be validated by the ones who dismissed you, ignored your cries, and carried on like you were invisible.
I know that pain from personal experience. I'm so sorry. Your life and story matter to God. I will hold you in my prayers. I will take your beautiful name to your Beloved.
I pray you can find a sacred friend with whom you can hold space and slowly unravel your bound wounds.
I never thought I would heal from my sexual abuses, and God walked me gently to the sacred Holy healing grounds.
Tommie, I have so loved following you on social media. Thank you for your heartfelt words. They comfort me. Thank you for your prayers—our family is so grateful. God is close. The story isn’t over. He’s not done yet. I love you. 💜
🩵 I’m sorry this happened, and I’m sorry you’re hurting - there are no words that can come close to providing comfort after that experience, but please know you’re seen and heard.
Absolutely bawling. Because of your courage. Because of your weakness. Because of your strength. ♥️
Your story is my story and so many others too. Because abuse is abuse is abuse. With you in the depth of pain and in the roar of healing. 💯
Tears. Tears are streaming down my face. I feel every truth you’ve boldly shouted deeply in my gut. Thank you for your honesty. Thank you for your bravery.
